Who We Are

The Association for the Advancement of Liberian Girls is a not for profit organization established as an advocate for the advancement of Liberian females through education, philanthropy, and social activities.

History

What started as a casual conversation in a restaurant between a group of elderly Liberian men and their sexual exploitation of young girls in Liberia has turned into a powerful network of Liberian women wanting to bring change to the country’s traditional male dominance.

We hope to recruit more members who are willing to help in the fight for equity in education and social standard for Liberian women and girls.
